Recognizing that music can play an integral role in navigating mental health, SAL7 has made a gift of $5,500 to M Health Fairview, fulfilling their music therapy wish list.
This recent gift enhances resources for the Adolescent Day Treatment program.
“… Many adolescents are unwilling or unable to engage in the verbal therapy process in the same way an adult would, and we occasionally hear of patients continuing in our program solely because of our multi-modal approach. A great experience in music therapy can make the difference between a patient engaging in the treatment process or denying it”.

Items include a portable karaoke machine, xylophone, djembes, a handpan, drum kit, cello, and USB microphone for recording.
