Shine A Ligh7 will return in partnership with Da Beauty League to host 3rd annual BeautyFest, a free family-friendly event to bring awareness to youth mental health at the "Backyard Rink" at Braemar Ice Arena. This event encourages youth mental health, music and movement.

Shine A Ligh7 is returning in partnership with Da Beauty League to host a free, family-friendly event to bring awareness to youth mental health at the "Backyard Rink" at Braemar Ice Arena in Edina in August 2024 (date TBD).
Joining up with Shine a Ligh7 founder and former hockey star Paul Martin will be fellow NHL players and alums as well as local collegiate hockey players.
Beauty Fest will honor Martin’s Four M’s – mental health, music, movement, and Minnesota and will feature live music, a DJ, face painting, games, and ice cream treats. Concessions will also be available in the arena with food for purchase. Beauty Fest will be held in conjunction with Da Beauty League's double header event: the John Scott Cup Championship game and Women's Showcase.
